11Online Advertising & Destinations

We may use online advertising platforms, including Google Ads, to promote our community cycling services in Finland and the European Economic Area. Advertisements direct users to publicly accessible pages on jointscartilage.ddd. The content on those landing pages describes the same services, pricing, and limitations stated here.

We do not use advertising copy that promises specific physical outcomes, medical benefits, or guaranteed fitness results. Promotional messaging is aligned with the informational scope described in Section 2 of these terms.

A standalone Advertising & Transparency page provides additional detail on publisher identity, destination alignment, cookie-based measurement, and consumer rights in Finland and the EU.

If you arrive at this website through an advertisement and believe the ad content is inconsistent with what you find here, please contact us so we can review the messaging.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.

For material changes, we will notify active members by email prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of this website or participation in activities after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of applicable EU law.
