What membership provides

Beyond scheduled rides, membership connects you to a range of community resources and organisational support throughout the cycling year.

Curated Route Library

A regularly updated collection of route maps for the Helsinki region, including seasonal variations and surface condition notes updated by coordinators.

Structured Ride Calendar

Members receive the full weekly ride schedule in advance with route details, departure information and any weather or condition notes from coordinators.

Educational Resources

Practical guides on bicycle maintenance, road positioning, seasonal riding and equipment selection. Content is written by experienced cyclists and reviewed regularly.

Community Forum Access

A private member channel where participants share route experiences, ask questions and organise informal social rides outside the main schedule.

Seasonal Challenges

Three challenge periods per year with community distance goals, individual tracking and shared milestones. Open to all membership tiers.

Coordinator Support

Members can contact coordinators directly with questions about routes, equipment or program suitability. Response within 2 working days is standard.

How It Works

From enquiry to first ride

The process from initial contact to joining a group ride typically takes 3–5 working days.

Submit your enquiry

Use the contact form or email us with your preferred membership tier and any questions. A coordinator will respond within 2 working days.

Confirm and register

Once your enquiry is processed, you'll receive membership confirmation and access to the welcome materials including your first route pack.

Attend orientation

New members are invited to a short group orientation at our Vantaa base. This typically takes 45 minutes and covers the ride guidelines and community structure.

Common Questions

Membership questions answered

Is there a minimum commitment period?

There is no minimum lock-in period. Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. We also offer 6-month and 12-month rates at reduced cost — contact us for pricing details.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Yes. Members can change tiers at any time by contacting a coordinator. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. Partial-month adjustments are not applied but coordinators may make individual arrangements in specific circumstances.

What if I need to pause my membership due to travel or injury?

Membership pauses of up to 60 days per year are available upon written request. Contact us as early as possible and a coordinator will confirm the pause window. Refund eligibility for unused periods is covered in our Refund Policy.

Do I need cycling experience to become a member?

No. The Casual Rider tier is specifically designed for people who are new to group cycling or returning after a long break. The introductory rides in this tier are planned to be accessible to anyone comfortable riding a bicycle on flat or gentle terrain.

Is there a family or group discount?

Group registration for three or more members from the same household is available at a reduced rate. Contact us directly to enquire and receive a custom quote.
